The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Work life balance is good.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals's unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step without affecting my target which is a pain sometime. No facilities are provided for travelling phone or meetings...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
