Nothing is there in the company to like within 10 days they are just figuring out about the ability of employee. And without any notice period they use to remove employees. There simple goal is to hire n fire employees that's it. .

"Great work-life balance with flexible timings" Spraxa Solutions offers excellent flexibility ,allowing us to start our workday between 10 and 11 AM, which is perfect for personal scheduling. The option to work from home when needed and the freedom to start late and finish have really helped me balance work with life responsibilities without compromising on productivity. The flexible culture here makes it easier to mange workload efficiently. "Supportive culture with flexible work hours" i have been with spraxa for a while, and one of the best things about the company is its flexibility. we can adjust our start and end times, which is a huge plus for me. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
