Many things to dislike in SpiceJet 1. Irregular timings/shifts 2. Zero career growth 3. Low hikes 4. Low Salary 5. If your airline is running in loss then you will be in danger zone anytime you’ll be fired

In this pandemic situation they make us seat without pay, after resume, they are not even paying the full amount, though we worked out of our frame of working hours. Now they are saying, our salary have slashed down to 4-5k. If this company is earning that is because of us. We are making every thing possible and, company have left us just like that. Cutting staff's salary company is filling up their pockets. Worked with a knowledgeable team. Very interesting journey. However only spicejet charge security money for ground services which I found wrong.

They charged a good amount at the time of joining and also there is a monthly deduction for 10 months after you join the company.

Once this pandemic hit our country and we were lockdown from march 22nd , but spicejet didnt stopped there , though all the passenger movement stopped from there but spicejet in this scenario also started with cargo services and connected various destination for medicines and other basic services which were required at that point oftime. At this crucial point as well we were being provided with basic ppe kits for each and every flight and all the things were taken care of and there were some pay cuts but our colleagues who could not come.to work were being paid out of that....Read More
