Working at spicejet was an awesome experience as I was fresher I have learned many things about aviation. Staff help you at work and also outside of work. spicejet is an awesome organization were we can work with fun. I am proud to be a part of Spicejet

Duty managers show partiality which makes many difference in between colleagues Managers do not value an individual's unique strength, I do receive appreciation from passengers but they need in return and mostly they go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals

Ground staff work is slightly challenging as we are the person's who represent our company All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes,but it's ok.it will be a great learning experience.
