Spicejet as always been gracious when it comes to work culture but academic wise i hope for a speedy growth and appreciation of a particular who has always been there for the company I hope spicejet improves their increment system and return the security deposit of the staff on time.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
