Likes

Worked with a knowledgeable team. Very interesting journey. However only spicejet charge security money for ground services which I found wrong.

Dislikes

They charged a good amount at the time of joining and also there is a monthly deduction for 10 months after you join the company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
