So called management are there who promises they listen to you, but nope down liners are always pawn for COLLECTING EXB CHARGES AND IROP HANDLING, where upper liners like APM takes all credit..

Nothing to like about SG. Being a staff for 4 yrs. No leave gets approved for your career, no IJP approval..ambience is way more worst here, specially at few east regions near Barak area. Where upper liners are busy on flirting and bitching around about others, where down liners are being scholded by pax. Uh yeah, so called management are good for nothing as they only hear to upper peoples not downliners and they'll make u exit the organization as u don't work according to their needs. But the management itself can do many things which is visible to many stake holders but it wont be shut down as its the so called organization..if anybody is looking to work with SG so please NEVER..very bad area, no one will grow up in career...Read More
