Nothing as it is just a hiring company and rest all dependent upon the company whom you are working with. Also for even very small amount you have to remind them again and again. They don't have a working standards, for example if you take any problem with them, they will refer you to some other person in the company and he will refer to someone else....Read More

Nothing is likeable here. I had been promised with some salary and after my inclusion in the company they deducted some more amount. Also they asked me to sign 1 year bond which was not intimated initially.

-Worst HR policy ever. -They hold employees' salary often in lieu of any rules whether it applies or not. -Takes a Huge commission on hard-earned money of all employees, so-called service providers. -Never respond to emails & phone calls even employee may be in any situation. -Always play safe, Record every phone call of employee if they pick up the calls, even if they want to talk rudely they call on WhatsApp, so that no recoding may be possible. -don't sign any documents there if you join because they pressure its employees at their reliving by throwing those papers. -In short, these are fraud people -DONT JOIN SPHINX WORLD BIZ ever....Read More

I joined Sphinx more than a year ago, Directly Interviewed at Client location. There policies are very stupid, they want 3 month notice period. I guess this is not relevant because at my level as we can handover the work within one month. But this 3 month notice period they have created for there own benefits. its like a trap for the employee. After seeing my good performance the client decided to take me On- Role. I am now full time on my client role and when I mailed for FnF, they mail back a receipt of recovery amount after that I have to pay for not serving the 3 months notice period. I have all proofs<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They charge a way more money to client and give a small chunk of cheese to you which they call salary</mark>. They are full of Ego, never listen to employees concerns Once they get you on-board after that there is no one to listen to your complaints. Whole team is full of unprofessional people who only know how to play Tambola over a zoom meeting. You will never meet them as from the very first day you will be working on the client site. They are like ghost, only comes when your salary gets credited. so basically they are just taking money from client and giving you, cutting there commissions, Just because they called you from a job portal. that's it. what a business model!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏...Read More
