Dislikes are many. Few of them are 1. Increment was not happen in 2019-2020. 2. They don't understand employee condition. 3. No other benefits. 4. No program for skill development. 5. No certification program.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I almost worked 3yrs full time...so before covid-19 I feel overall good experience but during covid-19 ..I have terrible experience with the company...no proper communication from management (HR department). No clearity given by company. They put me on bench without pay....how I survive during this pandemic only I know...
