Everyone is quite friendly and accommodating. I joined here as a fresher and my team was really great and very supportive. They arrange nice group activities which really are a lot of fun. Overall the people and culture is great for freshers getting started, there isn't a lot of company politics. There is quite good job security, generally people aren't fired.

Dislikes
The workload many a times is really high. Even if you have no bandwidth for the work, you get it assigned and have to manage that. Many a times you have to stay really late to meet the deadlines. The compensation is enough but could be improved quite a bit as compared to what other organizations are offering. They could improve the work life balance aspect.
