company separation policies are very very bad. 1. they will mention in your offer letter that when you resign, you have to serve 90 days notice period but they will not mention that your salary will be on hold for this period. you will get full and final settlement after 45 days of separation. it means if you put your resignation on 1st January, then you will get your FNF in month of May. so you will have to manage your liabilities on your own till that time. 2. Also they will mention in offer letter that if you want to leave company within 1 month, then you have to pay buyout for remaining period. but again this is lie. they will not leave you in 1 month saying that this is company policy. please come to speed office and read out....Read More
