Likes

It's not a company, it's a joke made with employees. Very less salary, poor equipment, mostly third hand laptops. No culture. No manager no structure. Work load not distributed. No innovation only work on specific type of copied product.

Dislikes

No Better Devices , very poor quality of laptops given to work. No time limit, owner calls any time to complete tasks from home. No standard how to speak with people. No any facility, And unwanted time trackers. No payment structure.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
