Likes

I like everything about Sparks. There is no politics, management takes care of the employees on personal level, everyone has a freedom to work, I fell full of energy all the time in sparks. The company has paid us full salary in the Covid time without any running project.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything but one fact is that sparks is a small company which will definitely grow someday.

Work Details

I have done everything start from the business development, predesign stage, preconstruction stage, during construction works, account closer and post construction maintenance work, like everything. Enjoying a lot here.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
