1.Everything. 2.The Company shows clear favoritism towards certain employees. If you approach them with a request, they simply ignore it and come up with excuses and compare you to other other employees. 3.The Managers are Over smart, Clueless and Blabbermouth. they are always focused on what's best for themselves, rather than considering the well-being or needs of the employees. 4.The company policies seem to apply only to those who do the work, while exceptions are made for favored employees. 5.There are constant communication gaps between HR and the Managers, and employees end up suffering because of them. 6.There is a one-year employment bond, and if you decide to leave before that, they will not provide any documents. 7.The leave policy is terrible. 8.The increment policy is also unfair. If you join the company in January, you have to wait till July for incremented salary, and if you join after July, you have to wait until December. 9.HR operates at a very slow pace, causing delays in processes and responses. 10.Once the company no longer needs an employee, they replace or lay them off with any given reason....Read More
