Salary assured for IBA pay scale staff. No assurance for CTC staff. Not sure what will happen in salary for IBA scale staffs in coming years.

Work culture and work life balance adversely affected after introduction of cluster system in 2021. Excellent in alloting huge targets but worst in getting assistance for departments in solving customer complaints. Mental and physical health of staff seriously affected. Threatening messages through WhatsApp. Have to contact customers through personal mobile so that staff has to attend customer while at home and holidays....Read More

We have vision less and aim less management currently . Regional head of Bangalore wre m Woking is totally biased and can never create a fruitful environment. The structure is very rigid and conventional with least option flexibility. Banks are forcing for sales but with no framed strategy...not at all a recommendable job I must say.
