Likes

Nothing to like. Everything is pathetic including company CEO and director. Work culture is all managed by these two only. HR Department and HR Manager is pathetic. Even don't have any kind of policies of procedures. Salary disbursement is 15 days delayed. So to get one month salary one need to work 45 days at least. Post that if company director and CEO will approve then one can get the salary.

Dislikes

Company director, CEO, VPs all are pathetic as I have worked with them closely. No time limit of work. 24 hours is less even.
