Likes

It's very poorly managed workplace. Most of the folks are here for 15, 20 years and treat they are the boss. Give you feel of an govt office.

Dislikes

Poor management, no professional attitude. There are almost no communication from competency other than deliverables. Poor compensation and no sight of annual appraisal. Overall it lakes the zeal and not recommended for high growth mindset.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
