This company is froud. And the most terrible point is this company manager is just like chameleon. In the first month they act like they are following all the rules and teach like boss but after passing 2-3 months their colour came in front of employees. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
