There are more opportunities to explore. Can learn as much as you can as seniors are really knowledgeable & helpful. Freedom to work. Many employees are working here for 12 years also. They started from scratch and now they are in senior position in the organization. Hikes are excellent.

Dislikes

Marketing & sales should be strong for growth.
