Being a HR is quite challenging in Solvers as everday we come up with new task and challenging roles.Work is quite hectic but end of the day it will be a great learning experience

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

There is a shortage of manpower. So the work load and responsibilities is higher. However it was a good experience.

There is very poorwork life balance. You have to forget your personal life as soon you join this company. Forget celebrating festivals with friends or family.
