Timing it's like kirana store that u have to come when a person opens the shop in morning and closes by evening . Owner( He is biased) think that they are on top of the world who works with interns Don't know how to treat experienced people When we tell an opinion it's like that was already tried He had worked only with female employees who talk back about them like nit fit to work I do everything they get the credit for that. Being a HR is quite challenging in Solvers as everday we come up with new task and challenging roles.Work is quite hectic but end of the day it will be a great learning experience

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
