Timing it's like kirana store that u have to come when a person opens the shop in morning and closes by evening . Owner( He is biased) think that they are on top of the world who works with interns Don't know how to treat experienced people When we tell an opinion it's like that was already tried He had worked only with female employees who talk back about them like nit fit to work I do everything they get the credit for that. Never apply for a recruiter job here they thing all work for money and will work on all days even if it is holiday Work life balance is a joke here...Read More

Great place start your career. It was a great learning experience for me.

Dislikes

There is a shortage of manpower. So the work load and responsibilities is higher. However it was a good experience.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
