Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Attitude of MD. No joining process lile Documentation,Proper Welcome on board mail,Induction When met MD he had such a face which spoils your day.. He has nothing to care about HR (Employees of the company) Poor communocation between corporate HR I felt like I was put in isolated cabin where there are filles,papers were unkept. So my ratings are in negative(-) Better to be unemployed than to be a part of solex energy.HR from Surat is poor.Very poor support system.There is no support system at all.If you dont trust than just be part of it and have a horribel experience by yourself. MD has no sense to write mail and talk with employees specially for new joinees.Instead of making new joinees feel comfortable he makes new joinee to a awkward and uncomfortable situation.
