There is absolutely nothing to like about SoftwareOne.

Absolutely everything is dislikable about SoftwareOne. They have recently laid off employees without giving them any valid reason. These people strategically targeted their female employees, especially the one who took maternity/long sick leave in the recent past, PATHETIC!!! This company call itself Employee centric, infact one of their core values is "Employee Satisfaction" and god forbid if you reach out to the management, especially Bhawna Sood with any grievance, she will make sure that you suffer the way she wants you to. The other management is good for nothing. Dont even get me started on the Team Leaders here, they hold themselves in the highest of positions, instead of working for their respective "Teams" they rule them and get off on their concerns!!!! The work life balance is no less then a pile of shit given to you in installments. The have hardly hired anyone in last 1.5year and expect the existing employees to take on the work which has been left over after the attrition. Dont even get me started on the attrition rate, they don't care if people leave them. Dont be fooled by the other reviews of this company, they have been given by the people who have been here for ages and are working in their comfort zone. 7 out of 10 employees would not hesitate to leave the organization tomorrow if they have other offers with them. It was a big employee centric ; employee driven business model just until two years back ...but now it's just another company doing business as literal business in totally hit and trial mode. If you want to grow and have self driven potential to learn then this would be a great place to be at right now.

Rapid & turbulent changes within the organization. Promotions and demotions are based on favoritism and not actual work impact. Unstability has been evident since 2023, and it still continues. People sitting at the top levels of hierarchy are least concerned about employee retention.

Majority of seniors, heads, leaders are not team oriented, so you there's always a war type situation everyday to fight even with your colleagues to stand what is right and for yourself. Favoritism is the main ingredient that already destroyed many teams.
