Panic attacks by tribe lead to a heart attack. you will never sleep due to mental harassment by tribe's head Attrition is 50% due to the very worst culture and politics Due to the high attrition rate, they increased the probation period to 2 months from 1 month previously. Morning 5 AM on weekend & any days, your manager sends WhatsApp messages. SG managere, tribe heads beleives that employee have no personal life Veg and Non-Veg parity is too high which is very very bad... PIP is 100% rgaurnateed if you deny accepting more than 1 role. In socgen you have to play more than 2 roles that they never write in your offer letter All professionals join socgen will leave max within 6 months. Weekend work No work-life balance, HR lies in your onboarding that SG has a very good w/l balance. Psychos are appointed as Tribe HEADs in the company, real psychos, Be careful! they will destroy your life. Whatsapp is the main source of communication.
