To the certain extend work life balance is good else Societe Generale is moving towards third party environment kind rather from its captive unit. Company policies are sometimes unclear as to what they roll out.
Dislikes
Career growth is very slow and most of times management is not clear with what the policies they bring and after couple of years they will come up another policy. They way they handled and asked to come to office in second way is unacceptable.
