Dislikes

The latest policies on promotion are a result of lack of application of mind. In other words, management wants to reduce work force but without firing them (so that SG avoids getting a bad name in the market). Instead they have designed policies in such a way that people feel compelled to resign by looking at some undeserving peoplegetting an advantage (I can't go into the details here). After the current CEO of SGGSC assumed the charge, he started positioning his coterie in important positions (some of them from his previous organization). These guys, as per their own levels of maturity, introduced certain changes last year, which didn't go down well with most employees. Of course, the senior management has to sing the same tune.
