Generally people are OK, policies are OK. There are lot of opportunities for work, but the time it reaches us with 6-7 layers of decision, things will be too late

Dislikes

Lot of operational tasks with less time to quality work.... administrative teams such as COO or TAQ are given undue importance and generally everything is escalated to highest level to mediate wasting everyone in the layer time... guess the administration teams believe that only they work and everyone else should be escalated to get work done... poor team working mentality...no transport if they call folks for working and given no transport we need to pay for parking too :) absolutely not good medical insurance either...Read More
