I have been working for the last two years and I have a desired footprint here. Company management is supportive and has a good company policy. They provide work from home and also flexible working hours.

I am working in Snovasys for the past 4 years in the Ongole branch and have had quite a good journey till now, work culture is very nice teammate is very supportive and the management is transparent and open to taking feedback suggestions. Snovasys is a good company for fresher as well as experience.

Being a software engineer starting career with a good company is important I am glad I choose snovasys. It helps me learn and grow my career. Colleagues and management are very supportive. Remote work is very nice and they have a flexible working hours.

Work-life is excellent. There are a lot of considerations for employees especially regarding timing but have to complete 8 hrs. Company policy is fair and unbiased. You will get a lot of chance for learning.

they don't give time for skills, and they ask to work continuously 8 hours, no job security hear from the 2nd month i got the threats. no appraisal only those employee who is doing buttering will get appraisal.
