Good work environment and culture .Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are just fair and they give salary on time .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics .salary is decent nut career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning to end as there was not formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

In my view, company is really awesome, and their services to their buyer's is very fast, me and my team always try to give our best to our buyer's asap. company is stable and their emploies too. Me and my merchandising team celebrate most of the function like - Christmas, B'day, Holi , Diwali , etc in our office and all these days are memorable. Company environment is good and very supportive.

Dislikes

About dislike, i really don't like the policy of this organisation regarding the opportunity and salary package. As i am working in this organisation last 2 year and i got 2 time promotion but salary is still same.
