Likes

SMEC brings different experts from different part of the world with great experiences and skills together, and different skills are shared among colleagues. So, it is one of the best practices I love most working with SMEC.

Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

We do not have trainings on new innovations. Job security in SMEC is not so wonderful. Salaries are favourable for expatriates but not to the local workers.

Working with SMEC is a wonderful experience as skills and knowledge are shared among colleagues. It's quite interesting and competitive.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
