The office itself is an okay place to work, clean and spacious. But thats not the end of the story. I joined the company, about a month ago on December 3 as a content writer. My job was to write news content for their news website. The Tamil site was kicking off quite well and they started the English site about 3 months ago, and that was my department. First of all, the CEO lacks leadership qualities. And expects quick results without doing much homework. There culture is next to non existent. The CEO is very disrespectful to the employees. They make you sign a contract where you have to serve a notice period of 3 months and says that they can terminate you anytime without compensation, while you have to pay losses if you leave early. With all that being said and done, me along with everyone else in our department got fired without any prior notice. We literally went to office one day and in the evening we all got sacked. That's the job security. They tell you that they will give you an increment, and when you ask for it, they tell you excuses like your work is trash, or you come late. This happened to my team leader.
