Nothing. Only few colleges I met there. However most of them you will see are shoe licking fellows.

Dislikes

Very cheap mentality of the CEO and all management. Don’t give value to employees. Fire employees for no reasons. Cheat with clients by forcing employees to do more upwork billing to cover up holidays. Even for planned leave you may have to complete upwork billing hours at any cost as a results. Suggestion to SmartData is value your employees they will value your clients.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
