It was a best experience working with Smart IMS, Company maintained proper Business Continuity Plan, Organized proper attention in the staff in terms of mental and physical relaxation, flexible hours of working in current situation (WFH).Fun activities like virtual events with lots of Fun engaged globally across all regions and online game competitions.Finally special thanks to the management for the Pay on-time policy in this tough situation....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
