It's one of the best workplace to learn and grow with respect to skills and knowledge, and colleagues are really helpful. Nice place to start and grow.

Dislikes

The Salary is low, appraisals are good but totally depends on the Market. This time we didn't get it.

The company has a good culture. Can reach director level easily for our concerns. No Hierarchy. Senior Level people are supportive and encourage to give our best.

Dislikes

No new Projects. Not much learning from projects. The company is not growing in terms of head count. It has great potential to reach heights but it seems like they aren't trying for that.
