Racist, biased, poor management, no hospitalisation leaves. Actually it is a contractual firm not a company. They provide resources and place to work for other companies. You will work on SLK payroll as contractor not as employee. They will give you biased appraisals if you are not from Karnataka.

They are fraud. I appeared for the interview, there were total 3 rounds. Hr informed me that I have cleared all the rounds and they will release the offer Lett in few days. I called Hr 2-3 days after to know about position. She informed that someone else has joined. I would highly recommend do not appear for the interview it's one of the worst company.

Only the interview process went well—three rounds of interviews, one with SLK and two with WorldPay. However, all other processes also went smoothly apart from the work itself.

I deployed to Worldpay for a fintech project just a month after the complete system setup. Both managers were constantly tracking my user stories, requesting updates, and putting pressure on me to complete all my tasks. We had to provide updates separately to both companies, complete mandatory banking courses, fill out 3 separate timesheets & 1 tacker, and handle additional status reports and other requirements. On top of that, it was a stressful job. As the lead developer, I had to work even on every Saturdays and Sundays to complete all user stories—an almost impossible task for anyone. Additionally, there was no team collaboration, and colleagues would shift blame for their failure to deliver, leading to excessive discussions. Not much. The office is at outskirt of Bangalore and the rental cost is low the nearby homes. So, cost wise it is the best choice, nothing else.

Managers never put opinions against the client even if the clients are totally wrong. They are totally submissive to the clients and will put a lot of pressure on the team without mercy.

Worse people around, The work culture is worse. People the hire or woking with them from quiet long who doesn't have minimum qualifications communication behaviour.Opportunity to grow is zero. Presence of favouritism and groupism negatively effects teamwork and office environment. WFH policies are given to select few, ignoring the contributions of others who actually deserves. Lack of learning and usage of old technologies.

Good learning opportunities if you are in project

Dislikes

Management will force you to work long hrs. They don't care about employees even they are sick, only they cares about their clients and project deadline. They will will take project with short deadlines and will force employees to work overnight like a robot.
