Trainings, internal or external should be given to existing employees to upgrade themselves and apply same in their projects. Giving training to new comers will not help to give best to customer. Availability of food is big problem during odd hours. Should encourage to attend IT events and sports events. I have never seen a such a w orst Health insurance partner SLK has.
