Work culture is really bad here. You just have to sit in the office like a robot and keep working tirelessly. You cant talk to your colleague or take rest for few minutes from screen. You just have to keep your mouth shut work. Salary is very less here and there is no work life balance. You have to work really hard and have to give extra time to the company but company will not take care of the employee. No extra amount or compensation for any overtime will be given. No matter how serious your condition is if you take a holiday your one day salary will be deducted thus there is no respect of the employee. Overall all the terms and conditions are only in favour of the company and employees have to work just like a robot. They should not ask anything, should not talk and should just work as asked. 1)There's a strict timing for 9 am to 9.05 , after that even if u came at 9.06 it's your half day , u lost your half payment for a day , also there's no fix timing in evening to go home it is always 2 hours more than your company standard "6pm " , and if you will complain about it , then you will listen that your work speed is less . 2) no extra earned leaves , no sick leaves for 1 year , even if you are really sick , then also you will get bullied on that. 3) the head office is in world trade center but it a scam , the main office is in kondhawa , which is nothing but a dumping ground. 4) You can have site visits on your 1st and 3rd Saturday, but you are not paid for it. 5) Other than design, you have to make timelines of other colleague, because all people working on same projects are babies of structural engineer. 6) No proper ventilation. 7) You are always in under surveillance, because office 360° camera can record and listen your words. Never make plans with colleague to hangout on holidays . 8) you will work extra hours but no salary for those hours. 9) You may be given responsibility for key of the office to open and shut the doors of office as office boy , and also you might have to take care of office stationary, office kamwali Payment, and bislery bottles.. 10) Thic company takes cheques as a policy and keep it to themselves for one year do that you can not leave this job without 2 month notice period. 11) if you perform well uou will get extra worklid not appraisal.i 12) you can not talk with colleague, you are always under surveillance, because office camera not only sees you but also listen your words....Read More
