... rest for few minutes from screen. You just have to keep your mouth shut work. Salary is very less here and there is no work life balance. You have to work really hard and have to give extra time to the company but company will not take care of the employee. No extra amount or compensation for any overtime will be given. No matter how serious your condition is if you take a holiday your one day salary will be deducted thus there is no respect of the employee. Overall all the terms and conditions are only in favour of the company and employees have to work just like a robot. They should not ask anything, should not talk and should just work as asked. Wont recommend anyone to SLABS

...d listen your words. Never make plans with colleague to hangout on holidays . 8) you will work extra hours but no salary for those hours. 9) You may be given responsibility for key of the office to open and shut the doors of office as office boy , and also you might have to take care of office stationary, office kamwali Payment, and bislery bottles.. 10) Thic company takes cheques as a policy and keep it to themselves for one year do that you can not leave this job without 2 month notice period. 11) if you perform well uou will get extra worklid not appraisal.i 12) you can not talk with colleague, you are always under surveillance, because office camera not only sees you but also listen your words.

Firstly to start with: Good initial training sessions wherein we learn advance construction and how work on BIM Professionally A Lot of new stuff which I learnt and its applicable in a real time Each & Every Project is really interesting and something new to learn Best part is every day is interesting and there is no monotonous work Every day is a challenge and an interesting project to work on Amazing Time I had during my tenure at SLABS Thank you for giving me this opportunity

Got to work on alot of landmark projects. These are one of a kind projects and once in a lifetime opportunity. Have been involved in design of Airports, Shopping Mall, School Building. Versatile Challenging Precast and Modular Structures. Am learning alot and evolving as a Structural Engineer.

We need i guess more sophisticated library and books . Although we have what we need but further we need to develop so as to tackle such challenging projects.

Transparent and open work culture We discuss in and out about the company to align our resources, planning and projects too be done Its true technological startup per say. A Lot if brainstorming is done for each and every idea right from cultivation to final delivery
