Immense learning opportunities - under one umbrella you get the experience of handling accounts, compliances, reporting of different Industries - Manufacturing, Trading, Service - automobile, IT, ITES, Sales and marketing, etc

Skill development - Excellent

Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The culture has changed in the past few years at the group level. e.g. Showcasing is more important than actual work. The pay structure is not tax friendly.

Work Details

The work was very exciting and challenging. Every day a new problem/issue. It kept me motivated. Handling clients from different industries and different countries is a big learning

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
