1.Salaries are not satisfying (only 10k for a beginner graduate) 2. No office culture. 3. No pyramid command structure, everything works on personal contacts. 4. No special perks or recognition by the company. 5. Delay in payments and allowances. 6. Very cut to cut calculations while giving sa lary and allowances, but in return you need to do work of two people</mark>. 7. Even after working for a year no promotions. 8. Work Details

I joined as a trainee as a quality inspector, worked on 6 different project 2 months each. I was asked to relocate within and out of state as per the companies requirement, but it was all in the companies benefit as my salary and designation is same.
