...ial perks or recognition by the company. 5. Delay in payments and allowances. 6. Very cut to cut calculations while giving salary and allowances, but in return you need to do work of two people. 7. Even after working for a year no promotions. 8. Degree holders are not considered as employees but as daily wage workers. 9. Your down line can breach your commands if have direct communication with the superior. 10. During Covid-19 pandemic not a single penny given even.

I have been working in this company for the past 7 months now. The firm is in its way of growth which is leading it to help out the graduates in the form of providing jobs as beginners. It is good if you are beginner seeking for a technical job and to explore the industry. The work is good not best , certain staff and the founders are good motivators. No pressure on working extra after 8 hours is done. The overall HR and accounts department is working hard to balance the state. Overall review is good but can be better if new ideas towards the progress of the employees are implemented.

Dislikes

As its been enough time to know the company in and out the only odds I found were that there is no transperancy in certain situations because of which there are no solutions for the problems. As the company is on the verge of growth the Finance department is struggling due to which there are lags in salary and allowances dispense. Certain senior/project managers seem to have quite good experience but the downline doesnt seem to be happy by the way work is been enforced to do. The wages and allowances too are not satisfactory considering the current expenses and market. The other factor is relocations due to projects need, You may be opted to relocate within the country if required. Seem to have lag in one to one , person to person, human to human interaction. Everything works in very professional way where as, there must be a certain place for emotional thinking too. Also found lag in appreciation whenever required, in here mistakes are highlighted but a good work is not appreciated. The rest is good
