1.Salaries are not satisfying (only 10k for a beginner graduate) 2. No office culture. 3. No pyramid command structure, everything works on personal contacts. 4. No special perks or recognition by the company. 5. Delay in payments and allowances. 6. Very cut to cut calculations while giving salary and allowances, but in return you need to do work of two people. 7. Even after working for a year no promotions. 8. I joined as a trainee as a quality inspector, worked on 6 different project 2 months each. I was asked to relocate within and out of state as per the companies requirement, but it was all in the companies benefit as my salary and designation is same.

I have been working in this company for the past 7 months now. The firm is in its way of growth which is leading it to help out the graduates in the form of providing jobs as beginners. It is good if you are beginner seeking for a technical job and to explore the industry. The work is good not best , certain staff and the founders are good motivators. No pressure on working extra after 8 hours is done. The overall HR and accounts department is working hard to balance the state. As its been enough time to know the company in and out the only odds I found were that there is no transperancy in certain situations because of which there are no solutions for the problems. As the company is on the verge of growth the Finance department is struggling due to which there are lags in salary and allowances dispense. Certain senior/project managers seem to have quite good experience but the downline doesnt seem to be happy by the way work is been enforced to do. The wages and allowances too are not satisfactory considering the current expenses and market. The other factor is relocations due to projects need, You may be opted to relocate within the country if required. Seem to have lag in one to one , person to person, human to human interaction. Everything works in very professional way where as, there must be a certain place for emotional thinking too. Also found lag in appreciation whenever required, in here mistakes are highlighted but a good work is not appreciated. The rest is good...Read More

So far my work has been good. My experience is good, it could have been better in certain cases. A bit of appreciation whenever required would have boosted me for more output. Seniors must boost the confidence of the down line which is the only lag.
