Nothing, i wish I could like something. May be culture, work environment or anything but the things I have written below are so strong that you'll not be able to like anything.

Dislikes

1) Appraisals are very bad here. In only 2 cases you can get good hike here: a) if you resign. This is the time you will suddenly become the most important person for organization, but not before that. This scenario is so real here that almost every person resigns here to get good hike. Even higher management also suggest this to employees. b) If you have begged your manager for same by telling some stories. 2) Politics. Now everyone must be thinking that it is everywhere. Actually the problem is that politics is very visible here because whatever rumour you must be listening in this organization comes out to be 100% cent percent true. 3) Mismanagement at super-duper level. 4) A company normally becomes strong because of its HR. Please note that HR policies are not at all strong here. Even Even few HR managers are so harsh that refuse to reply you or can even shout on you. 5) Works always get strucked here as it depend on other support teams and no 2 teams have decent relationships here because of people working here. Since number of employees are less here, you will easily get to know what other person is saying bad about you. 6) Earning Referral Bonus is a business here (as the amount is huge) and HR and higher management are also the part of it. The scenario is so corrupt that the person who has referred a candiate might be taking the interview of him. 7) Work was never distributed here in an even way. The person who will be working more here will be supressed more as higher management first priority is to get the work done- they don't bother that some are working hard and some are enjoying as equal distribution of work, benefits was--is--will never be a culture here. 8) Trust me only those people are working here who are not getting any job outside, or has leant to deal the situation but please note, situation changes here overnight. i won't say that work is technical here but other factors are so strong that you will become like one of them to survive....Read More
