 Role Overview:

The intern will assist in drafting and organizing technical documentation, including help manuals, release notes, API guides, FAQs, and in-app content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation.
• Collaborate with writers and product teams to gather information.
• Format and standardize documents as per company guidelines.
• Conduct feature testing and software testing to verify product functionality, identify gaps in documentation, and ensure content accuracy.
• Help maintain the documentation repository.
• Customize and style documentation portals using HTML and CSS as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Exposure to APIs, JSON, YAML, or basic coding concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred)
