Employee Engagement Executive

• As an Employee Engagement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a vibrant workplace culture
• Leveraging your creative skills, along with proficiency in data management, Excel, and PowerPoint, you will drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and wellbeing

What You ll do

• Develop and implement innovative employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace morale and overall job satisfaction
• Utilize various social networking platforms to create a strong online presence for employee engagement initiatives and enhance organizational visibility
• Design and coordinate engaging events, both virtual and in-person, that align with the companys values and objectives
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure the effectiveness of engagement programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
• Utilize data management skills to track engagement metrics and analyse trends for informed decision-making
• Develop insightful reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to effectively communicate engagement strategies and results to stakeholders

What You ll Need

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in employee engagement, HR, marketing, or a related role
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data management, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
