Sincro after merging with Ansira, leave policies are reduced,micro management started. Company lays offs employees to show profits instead on working on fetching new clients to grow. US management is okay, but Indian managers are micro managed. Job security is reduced. No carear growth and less hikes. No onsites opportunities.Monotonous work. No minimum facilities/ benefits for employees like coffee, refreshments, parking space, car lease. Sicro act as contracting company to Ansira to run their IT business...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
