This is a bogus, loss-making company that has been incurring losses for the past 3-4 years. Due to this, the company hires new candidates in bulk every month and fires existing employees in large numbers. This cycle continues month after month. Coming to the management, they are egotistic and exhibit a gunda-like mentality. They always find trivial reasons to terminate employees, and doing so seems to give them a sense of mental satisfaction. The company neither requires any real work nor has any actual business needs.
