It was good 2 yrs back till the management changed . culture , transparency, job security, openness to feedback with no personal vengeance

Dislikes

Now after the new management, all ex IBM, toxic culture, manipulation to the highest extent, personal vengeance on recieving feedback, nonjob security, u can be fired anytime with 30 mins notice only to satisfy a leaders ego.

HR executives are Approachable, Humble and willing to help. Ex-CEO, James Schueler of Simeio Solutions was (and is) is a generous person that I had an opportunity to know about in every week Ring the bell meetings. Salary and other joining benefits are good.
