Bad Workspace, no appreciation, micro management, poor management, vey less hike, ask to submit the original documents No Saturday Holiday.

Theres nothing to like about Signiwis, read the dislikes in Signiwis. Pls pls wait for some time if you can join some other organization if you can. Dont join signiwis.

Dislikes

1. Worst and worst management. 2. 3 years of Bond, need to submit the original markscard and blank checks etc. 3. Fake exp deploment to client place. Lot of pressure to perform. 4. After completing bond and making signiwis earn for many months because of us. Exp and Relieving letter are not given many many follow ups needs to be made. 5. Less salary and in top of that appraisals are not given.
